We recommend you book in advance. You can make a web reservation up to 2 hours before the day of your appointment. If you require a later appointment, please contact us directly as we may be able to accommodate you depending on the booking situation on the day.

Please arrive at the time of your appointment. Please note that if you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you cancel without contacting us, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Non-hotel guests are welcome to use the spa. However, non-hotel guests cannot go directly to the second floor of the spa. When visiting, please inform the reception on the first floor that you have a reservation.

In addition to full body treatments we offer a range of other options including 30 minute 'on the spot' treatments, facials, body scrubs and body conditioners. All of these options can be mixed and matched.

Opening hours are 12:00 - 21:00. The last booking time for a 30 minute treatment is 20:00 (this may vary depending on the menu).

We have 4 single treatment rooms. We do not have double rooms, so if you come with more than one person, you will be in separate rooms. We ask for your understanding.

There are no pool, sauna or bathing facilities, but there are showers in the treatment rooms. You can use these before or after your treatment if you wish.

All our menus are available for people over the age of 14. Children aged 7 to 13 can only use the 60 minute Soothing Touch menu.

You can request a specific therapist for your second and subsequent visits. There is no extra charge for this, please contact us for further details.
