- Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis
- Rates are subject to 27.6% applicable Service Charge and Tourism Goods & Services Tax
- Green Tax of USD 6 per person per night will be applicable
- Check-in time is from 2.00 pm, and check-out time is 12.00 pm
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
- Late check-out from 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm will be subject to a charge of 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room night for the entire stay shall be charged
- Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid card be submitted
- Extra Person or Bed is subject to additional charge

Mandatory return transfers by speedboat is USD 200 per adult and USD 100 per child (4-11 years old)
