Deposit Required
Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification. Note: All add-on services selected during the booking process are not included in the Payment Details and will be charged upon check-in at the hotel.
Cancel Policy
Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed. Your credit card will be charge 100% of the total room cost upon making reservations.
Additional Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below 20,000 JPY: 400 JPY; 20,000 to 49,999 JPY: 1,000 JPY; 50,000 to 99,999 JPY: 4,000 JPY; 100,000 JPY and above: 10,000 JPY. To be paid by guests directly at the hotel.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
- Children under 12 years old, accompanied by adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular breakfast prices.
- Children 12 years old or older are considered adults.
