Cancellation Policy

For unguaranteed bookings, the hotel reserves the ultimate right to cancel if the guest arrives later than 18:00 or if the hotel does not receive written confirmation of the late check-in prior to this date.
If the Company or the guest cancels the reservation more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (the time specified in Article 2 of the Booking Instructions) for a reservation that has been guaranteed for a designated guest, or if the guest does not ultimately check in to the hotel as scheduled if the reservation has not been cancelled, the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the Company or directly to the Guest one night of the room type for the reservation as cancellation fee.
In special cases, free cancellation can be extended to 72 hours prior to check-in.
The first day of the original stay will be charged if the reservation is successfully booked but not checked in.
Special circumstances will be subject to change.
Cancellation of the order must be notified to the hotel in writing and confirmed by the hotel before it takes effect.
If the hotel needs to temporarily use the room booked by your company due to government activities or public welfare activities, your company shall cooperate and the hotel shall try its best to coordinate the room or check out.
