Begin your culinary journey with our signature duck and quinoa salad delicately dressed with refreshing blood orange vinaigrette. The experience continues with a velvety Jerusalem artichoke potage infused with aromatic truffle, followed by our chef's masterpiece—perfectly grilled lobster with a golden, caramelized finish.

Offering dinner courses, including a la carte menus featuring grilled dishes with a variety of creative flavors. At the chef's dinner course, you will enjoy our signature dish, "Steak Haché." Japanese beef fat is added to high quality Wagyu beef thighs minced to three different coarsenesses and blended in selected proportions. Each dish draws inspiration from a sensitive chef's world.
