Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed. Your credit card will be charge 100% of the total reservations cost upon making reservations.
Additional Tax Policy
An additional Kyoto City Tax will be applied per person per night, to be paid by guests directly at hotel.
- Room rate below 20,000JPY: 200JPY
- Room rate 20,000 to 49,999JPY: 500JPY
- Room rate 50,000JPY and above: 1,000JPY
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are 4 years old or younger, accompanied by an adult, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
- Children under 12 years old, accompanied by an adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular breakfast prices.
- Children 12 years old or older are considered adults.
