Rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND).
Non-consumed service will not be reimbursed.
Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
No pets are allowed.
Infants and toddlers below 4 years old with accompanying adults can dine and stay in existing beds or a baby cot with our compliments.
Baby cot is subject to availability.
Children aged 4 to under 11 can share the existing beds with their parents.
Maximum 1 child per room, with an additional charge of VND 275,000++ per night including breakfast.
Children dine at 50% off regular menu prices except for Kids' Menu.
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply thereafter for Best Available Rate.
