Six Summer Sweets, Six Ways to Taste Shine Muscat
Every sweet on the stand pairs the grape with a different aromatic accent, so no two bites feel the same. The Pain de Gênes gets its edge from sour-cream diplomat cream — rich but never heavy. Sencha jelly cuts through the blancmange with a brisk, grassy finish.
Camomile white-chocolate ganache brings floral softness to the tart, while bergamot-and-fromage-blanc mousse goes the citrus route with a bright, tangy lift. A melon-confiture scone and a matcha truffle round out the tier, giving you something crumbly and something bittersweet to close on.
Four Savouries That Earn Their Place
Summer produce anchors the savoury tier. Cold cappellini with crispy prosciutto and chargrilled aubergine opens with smoky, refreshing contrast. Edamame hummus paired with cottage cheese brings a bright, herby salad.
Three-cheese baked risotto adds golden-crusted comfort, and a porchetta bagel sandwich delivers the satisfying bite that ties the whole stand together. Greens, whites and reds across the plates add a visual lift to the afternoon spread.
